In 2006, NEMO began adapting its shelter technology for elite U.S.

Special Operations Forces and launched its Shield product line. Using a recently unveiled, jointly developed, and totally unique fabric from W.L. Gore & Associates, NEMO has designed a Berry Compliant, lightweight, linkable, four-season, free-standing, individual shelter system that is waterproof/breathable and flame retardant. Coupled with outstanding signature protection, ALCS 1P SE (Advanced Linking Combat Shelter) gives the Warfighter state of the art performance, technology, and protection from the elements.

23 Person Combat Tents

Weighing considerably less than issue combat tents, the Losi 2P and 3P shelters provide increased space, dual access, and ease of set-up thanks to advanced materials and years of experience in shelter design.
USA Made and Berry Compliant option (Losi Combat 2P SE USA). The symmetrical design provides each Warfighter an identical large vestibule and door on either side of the shelter, preventing jostling for position when entering and exiting the shelter and maintaining individual gear storage. Continuous sleeves for easy pitching in the dark. Ridge poles run the long direction on the shelter and terminate above the ground, providing nearly vertical walls on all sides of the shelter for maximum interior space. AST Explained
NEMO AirSupported Technology was developed by NEMO's founder after his work on spacesuits and inflatable architecture for NASA. NEMO AST is a system of lowpressure inflatable tubes (called airbeams) and lightweight pumps that provide a high performance alternative to traditional tent poles. Airbeams are made of two layers, like a bicycle tire. The outer layer provides the shape, strength, and puncture resistance while the thin inner polyurethane bladder does the job of holding air. Every NEMO AST tent comes with either the lightweight 3.6 oz foam-filled, welded fabric Nemoid Foot Pump or the compact 2.3 oz Integrated Pump. The Integrated Pump is a clever little device we call a lung amplifier. Basically, you blow into a small welded fabric pouch and squeeze, repeating this action for about 10 to 15 seconds until the airbeam is fully inflated. The squeezing action increases the air pressure to the 5 to 7 psi needed to make the airbeam very sturdy. Airbeams have remarkable properties that can save time, fight high winds, and lighten the load on your back. They are faster and easier to set up, and much easier to repair, than traditional poles. They pack smaller and will fit in odd-shaped spaces. They are also shockingly strong. In our Morpho SE tents, the airbeams are more than twice as stiff as traditional aluminum poles. The Tenshi includes many specialized features for cold weather survival to include a Condensation Curtain to isolate frost. The single wall construction uses NEMOs new OSMO DC waterproof/ breathable fabric with light reduction properties so your headlamp signature is almost completely eliminated. Beefed up guy points, reinforced pole pockets, and DAC Featherlite poles make Tenshi all but indestructible. The rear window promotes air circulation and doubles as an escape hatch. Designed with special features for cold weather survival, the Moki 3P SE is the shelter of choice for four-season use in difficult tactical conditions. The single wall construction uses NEMOs new OSMO DC waterproof/ breathable fabric with light reduction properties so your headlamp signature is almost completely eliminated. A large vestibule is included with the Moki and an optional vestibule can be zipped to the opposite door for extra storage. Roughly half of Mokis single-wall exterior is convertible to mesh, which provides comfort and flexibility in any environment. Zip two Moki shelters together with the included connector panel. Special Purpose Tent

The ISOPOD series of tents are the culmination of NEMOs experience designing for extreme conditions, demonstrating capabilities to withstand extreme arctic winds, snow loads, and UV using the most advanced materials and engineering available. The fabrics of Isopod SE are custom designed for additional UV and abrasion resistance, and the unique pole configuration has been computer-optimized to withstand extreme arctic winds, resisting pole breakage while allowing flex. The removable inner canopy is composed largely of our APRI (Air Permeable Reflective Insulation), a metallic fabric that considerably increases interior warmth. A large snowskirt, or valence, around the perimeter can be covered with snow or extra equipment to help seal out wind and weather. Over 40 guy-out points and 10 primary ground anchors lock Isopod to the ground. Numerous internally deployable vents and mesh pockets, including specialized radio pockets, help keep the roomy interior organized and comfortable no matter what the conditions outside.

Isopod poles originate from a single point, allowing the structure to bend during high winds instead of breaking.

The Tuo series sleeping pads offer independent layers of air-filled comfort, lightweight insulating performance, and redundant protection in the case of puncture in the field.

A thin airtight membrane within each Tuo SE pad creates two separate inflatable layers, each with its own valve. The base layer can be inflated firm for protection against rocks and the top layer inflated according to comfort needs. The two layers give complete redundancy in the event of a puncture as well as insulation in colder climates.

The FAS (Full-Action, Sealed) line of semi-disposable watertight weapons bags are designed to protect a weapon from saltwater, sand, and other contaminants while still allowing normal intuitive operation of the weapon. The FAS bags are available in two versions: the FAS Swim and FAS Jump and are currently available for M4/HK416/SCAR series and MP7. The FAS Swim is made of a high-strength, flexible polymer film and is designed for low impact operations where protection from salt water, dust and contaminants is critical. The FAS Jump is designed for high-impact operations and is ruggedized to handle a greater threat of abrasion and puncture. When the weapon is sealed inside the bag and grabbed normally, the bag material stretches and gathers to create extra space around the trigger and ejector port, thus allowing for the immediate operation of the weapon. The Swim bag weighs 8-10 oz. with the included Hypalon shoulder strap and packs small enough to fit in a uniform pant cargo pocket. The Jump bag weighs a few ounces more and packs only 25% larger. The Litter Bivy SE is a specialized shelter designed specifically for basket type litters to protect a wounded Warfighter from rotor wash, rain, snow and wind blow dust/ debris during transport without restricting access to the casualty.

A zipper around the circumference of the biy allows the entire top to be quickly removed for fast loading and unloading of the casualty. Eight zippered panels with transparent windows allow easy access and monitoring of the casualty. Overlapping Velcro panels along the length of both sides allow for belts and other methods of securing the casualty to the litter frame without compromising weather protection. Triangular panels along the roof can be rolled to expose high visibility orange panels. The Litter Bivy SE packs small and stows on the side of the litter for quick access.

The Helio Pressure Shower SE provides an innovative way to employ pressurized water in a free-standing, rugged, portable package for the many needs of the Warfighter. With Helio SE, daily showers, gear cleanup, and basic field sanitation is simple and quick. The Helio SE comes in a small, neatly nested kit, weighs less than a liter of water, and provides 5 to 7 minutes of steady and satisfying water pressure. Unlike conventional gravity-fed, hanging shower systems, the Helio SE system uses an 11 liter welded fabric water tank pressurized by a foot pump. To use the system, you simply fill up the water tank, let it warm in the sun, set the tank on the ground, then step on the foot pump a few times. Pumping occasionally while showering maintains the water pressure.
