Past year experience was satisfactory for me, as I was able to work on different assignments independently. 2. What do you consider to be your most important achievements of the past years? I got the opportunity to work on Project Mermaid, which helped me to enrich my knowledge about Indian road network.

3. What elements of your job do you find most difficult, why? I feel difficulties in visualizing actual site situations due to lack of knowledge about road network.

4. What do you consider to be your most important aims and task in the next year? To increase the ability to work independently on an assignment and to improve presentation skill. In addition, I wish to enhance my understandings of various steps of traffic assignment model. 5. What action could be taken to improve your performance in your current position by you, and your boss?

6. What sort of training/experiences would benefit you in the next year? Not just job-skills also your natural strengths and personal passions youd like to develop you and your work can benefit from these. I want to develop my computer programming capabilities.
