Health Tips for (TIs)AllWith the torture of radiation there are proactive measures that one can take to ensure their health and happiness. We allneed to keep a look out for internal bacteria. This can show up in the color of the skin, breath, eye clearness, hair textureetc. We all know that keeping in shape is in itself a challenge, more so being a TI :(However, as being a life long athlete I’ve studied and applied anti-bacteria strategies and mental health strategies that canhelp all of us keep our health in good working order. Below are some that I’ve found useful and offer them to other TIs inhoping to lessen the degree of damage that our torturers use to destroy us and are as follows:
•
Drink the proper amount of water, which, is according to your body/weight blueprint. Water keeps our fluid systemflushed out and helps to clean the body of bacteria. For emphasis, I don’t drink tap water and would suggestbottle water.

Stay constructive, read, walk, do something that keeps your mind working and stay positive as hard as it is to doso. Read Norman Vincent Peal for motivation; check out Guy Finley’s web site etc.http://guyfinley.achieveradio.com/see Sep 30 2007 Guy Finley
