is the day that I pay my bills.As stated tactic’s used against me in my report titled “THE OMINOUS PARALLELS” I wanted to give the views/readers aclear example of how THEY use mind control technologies against targeted individual.For emphasis, please be mindful that this example is taken out of context with respect to what I’m experiencing in mypersonal life. In context these kind of active measure are experienced by TIs every day in hoping to drive them crazy or make them appear so.TIs who read/view this example will know what I’m talking about. This type of harassment uses an advance methodologycalled “Scrambler Programming” in conjunction with “Street Theater”. In combination these two types of methodologymake up what the “Perception Management” matrix that is currently being used against the U.S. population and I wouldstress that there are other methodologies/technologies used not mentioned here.What determines the type of methodology/technologies used is the targeted person’s psychological makeup and brainwave frequency signature. Its purpose is to build implants’ or what is better known as an engram. This is what Victor Frankel discussed concerning the experiments at Auschwitz in that the Nazi scientist would try to develop “Hyper-Reflection” in the individual as to “Charge” the “Subconscious Mind” as to allow the implant to mind control the person andhopefully turn their mind upon itself: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Implant_(Scientology)The aforementioned being stated I’ll present some of the subtle example’s that are blatant to me that I experienced today:1 a: delicate, elusive <a subtle fragrance> b: difficult to understand or perceive: obscure <subtle differences in sound>For emphasis, the PeRpS active measures only work when THEY can over stress the TI. As stated in the report I see thiswhen I pay my bills at the end of every month. The reason is that all TIs are “Blackballed” and “Isolated” and results in allTIs have money issues as most are unemployed. This is not by accident and is controlled by the “National SecurityNetwork”.Again, the goal is (3) fold in that it’s purpose is to destroy the target, enslave the target, or program the target for someother hidden task and is done over time abet covertly as to give the PeRpS plausible deniability.In the last two days I’ve been updating my report that gives more profound evidence/facts concerning mind control here inAmerica, moreover, the big picture with respect to our current situation as a country. That being said the PeRpS knowwhat research I’ve been working on and again are trying to induce chaos and fear. As you will note in my email earlytoday it has been made public by American intelligence personnel that the NSA has been infiltrated by hostile agents.In my report I allude to this, but, in an indirect way. You will also note that where I use to live there was a NSA unit listedon NSA site as the “Shenandoah” mountains. Effectively, this is only (2) hours outside Washington D.C. and is considereda secret site. Given the level of harassment that I’ve received, SAIC and NSA are both the same in one; I suspect thatthere is more going on there than they would care to discuss.More importantly concerning this is the location would be a great place to run covert operations on a large scale hiddenfrom most in the intelligence community. Back to the point with respect to mind control harassment please review the enclosed examples. Moreover, keep in mindthe hidden “Perception Manipulation” mechanism hidden from the public, but, not for long and is why recent passing of the“Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007” is a preparation of the public for usage of thesemethodology/technologies.Please keep in the forefront of your minds of why triggers are developed in the TIs. This invoice comes after I paid an estimate to movemy personal belonging from Kentucky to Boston. For emphasis, the estimate is made at 110% of cost as to not have anyover charges to the customer.I received this invoice from a different location than the original and don’t agree with the charge in that I paid in cashier check 110% estimate cost. There are four points that I make with this example:
