Whereas person’s within the United States and abroad are under a Military grade psychological(PSY_OPS) and Direct Energy Weapons (DEW) attacks that are being perpetrated by the National Security Agency(NSA) and a major defense contractor/front company by the business name of Science Applications InternationalCorporation (SAIC).Whereas this request is an initiative made by a “Targeted Individual” (TI) a term that describes a personor persons that have been placed on a federal government containment/watch list for reason or reasons that arestated as National Security interest. of September 2001.Whereas since the attacks made against the United States on the 11

of September 2001 it has becomeknown that officials within the United States that hold high offices have been involved in a Conspiracy to Defraudthe United States by putting into motion false flag operations designed to give the United States officials anexcuse to attack other sovereign nations (IRAQ) and steal that nations resources.Whereas the excuses that where used are (1) Iraq had Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMDs), (2) that Iraqwas working with and involved with a group by the name of Al-Qaeda. Importantly, this group was developed andfunded in Afghanistan by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).Whereas the veracity of the aforementioned statements have been proven by the fact that since the IRAQinvasion there has been no Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMDs) uncovered. Moreover, since the IRAQinvasion there has been no proof uncovered or discovered that linked any Al-Qaeda operative to the attacksmade against the United States on the 11

of September 2001 nor any connection or connections to any IRAQofficial or officials.

Whereas since the attacks made against the United States on the 11

of September 2001 the United Statesgovernment as a whole has been compromised. Furthermore the United States government has passed into lawmaking legal criminal and unconstitutional activity that involves integration which violates international lawspassed in Nuremburg and The Geneva Convention.Whereas the United States government has committed treason in passing and making into law several“Acts” that are illegal and unconstitutional. For the record these “Acts” are as follows “The US Patriot Act”, Thedeath of Herbus Corpus, The Posse Commitatis Act, The Military Commission Act, The John Warner Act, TheProtect America Act, The Violent radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act.Whereas the United States government has made death threats against another sovereign nation IRANand threaten the worlds stability with threats such as World War Three. For emphasis, these threats proved to beprovocation and fear operations directed at IRAN and the United States people.Whereas the people of the United States dissented in protested against such reckless actions by theUnited States government and there exist now a movement called “The Truth Movement” that has exposed theillegal and unconstitutional actions by the current United States government.Whereas in the course of “The Truth Movement” person or person’s who have intimate knowledge of specific details that point to a major cover up by the United States government are being targeted for containment whose lives are in danger.Whereas the current political climate within the United States cannot be considered “Safe” for any personor person’s who have intimate knowledge of specifics that proves that the United States government hadforeknowledge of the attacks that occurred on the 11

of September 2001. More important is that the UnitedStates is not “Safe” now nor will be “Safe” in the considerable future because of rouge elements better known as“Legal Criminals” that are funded by and informed of targets locations/activity by the National Security Agency(NSA), and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) a known government front company.Whereas we the citizens of the United States that are targeted by these known elements whose ultimategoal is to “destroy” the targets as to bury any truth that exposes the cover up of the attacks made against theUnited States on the 11

of September 2001. Moreover to destroy any person or person’s that dissents againstthe currently policy of the United States government.
