As stated in the report titled “ThE OmInOuS PaRaLlEIS” and to give a clear example of how “Programming/Enslavement” works:Usually when a person or person’s fall under this kind of harassment it because of one of the following reasons:

It’s important to note that in recent weeks/days I’ve had positive conversations with other countries ambassadors concerning “Political Asylum”, moreover,other contacts in other countries that are realizing the truthfulness of the “ThE OmInOuS PaRaLlEIS” report.For emphasis, and what’s not known to those in these posting is that the U.S. Government has profiled me as a person who is extremely intelligent and smart inthat I have a special gift and can see the “Truth” of matters without having intimate knowledge of it whatever the situation my be. I only mention this as to help thereader understand that I’m viewed as a FISH that can’t be caught e.g. locked down – golden cuffs – enslavement etc.Understand that this is a game to them in using their perception management – info warfare to induce targets to react in a predefined way as to allow them to“CONTROL” the person/person’s. Effectively, this is the how and way that American’s are tricked – manipulated – bamboozled into non-action, allowing them torun with reckless impunity over our country and its constitution etc.Please know that this “PROGRAM” [SCRAMBLER PROGRAMMING] is hidden, subtle and is sophisticated in that it works on the subconscious bio-computer of the targets mind. This recent example comes after positive actions by myself that will help empower my life and disempowered their “Mind Control” program.Let me state emphatically that I’ve developed countermeasures and a understanding of this program not yet to be seen or understood by very few person’s that notonly exposes it, but, defeats the “MIND CONTROL PROGRAM” effectiveness making me that much more of a THREAT!!! More important, is that with myknowledge I CAN HELP OTHERS DEFEAT THIS “MIND CONTROL PROGRAM”!!!Keep in mind that targets are “Blackballed” , “Isolated” and “Harassed” until their resources are depleted; hopefully to induce chaos, stress aspreparation/programming of the target for ENSLAVEMENT . By creating this atmosphere of inducing the target to feel helpless/powerless the targets psychicmakeup splits as to not know how to deal with this kind of situation. This is key and is how targets are subjugated, destroyed, or become altruistic in giving up their autonomy thereby becoming a SLAVE/PROGRAMED person.
