The purpose of this presentation is not to cast all members of US lawenforcement and intelligence agencies in a negative light. Unfortunately,rogue elements within federal law enforcement and intelligence agenciesas well as local police departments have undeniable histories of denigrating the reputation of these agencies by committing Colorof Lawviolations against innocent citizens based solely on the personal whimsand preferences of the “investigators”.
This presentation is not directed to those in law enforcement who areliving their oath and too who we all owe a huge debt of gratitude.
This presentation concerns those members of the law enforcement andintelligence communities whose reckless and purposeful behaviorconstitute Color of Law violations in the form of unwarranted 24/7surveillance, criminal menacing, threatening personal property and safety,while employing criminal stalking gangs. We ask that those members of law enforcement and the intelligence community who conclude thatthelawlessness documented here is an intolerable violation of the public’strust step forward and do their duty to bring this criminal activity to a halt,no matter who the offender.
