Switch Plate Cover Tutorial
By koala brains

What you’ll need: Pretty paper (I used scrapbook paper), craft glue (I used tacky glue), craftknife, Modge Podge, 2 foam brushes, acrylic sealer & other typical craft supplies.
 1. Measure the switch plate from edge to edge. Thedimensions of this one is about 5 1/4" x 3 1/2".2. Cut paper to the dimensions plus 1/8” so for mine, Icut 5 3/8x 3 5/8.3. Center the switch plate over the wrong side of thepaper and trace the rectangle and holes for thescrews.4. Use a craft knife to cut out the rectangle and holes.
Note: The holes don’t have to be perfectly round. Jusbe sure they are a little smaller as opposed to bigger than what you drew.
 5. Apply a thin layer of craft glue. Be sure the entireface is covered (don’t worry about the edges yet).Place the paper on the cover making sure you alignwith the holes. Use your fingers to gently press intoplace and smooth out any bubbles. Let dry for 5minutes before proceeding.6. Cut a slit on each corner as shown.
