In this unpublished decision, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) terminated proceedings upon finding the respondent's conviction for false imprisonment under section 787.02 of the Florida Statutes not to be an aggravated felony. The decision was written by Member Patricia A. Cole and joined by Member Anne J. Greer. Member Roger Pauley dissented without opinion.
