Important! Harford County Department of Public Works is soliciting suggestions for possible uses for the closed Spencer's Rubble Landfill. It is located behind the water treatment plant on Abingdon Road. May 6th is the

deadline. What would you like to see? Perhaps a park, or a recreational area, or a dog park? The possibilities are
endless.
