Abstract
The first half of this paper explains the characteristics of such artworks using examples. Thesecond half explains how this kind of art is an authentic expression of culture, using Edward T Hall’scultural theory, Jurgen Habermas’s concept of communicative discourse and Allan Kaprow’s concept of Happenings.
