Last year's much welcomed decision from the Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench that had ruled that the right to strike was constitutionally protected by s.2(d), freedom of association, of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms was set aside by the Sask. Court of Appeal. The judges were unanimous that such a decision must be made by the Supreme Court of Canada.
