Pikoras

INGREDIENTS: Gram flour..1 cup Onion1 big Green chillies.3-4, cut into small pieces Coriander leaves..1 bunch Mint leaves..10-11 leaves Green chilli powder..1 tsp Cumin seeds1 tbs Coriander powder.1 tbs Ajwain1 tsp Anaar danacrush them into tsp powder Baking Soda.1/2 tsp Salt to taste

MEHTOD: Cut the onions into thin slices or cut into small squares. Mix gram flour with salt, baking soda, all the above spices and add water to make a thick batter. Now put the onion, coriander and mint leaves, and green chillies. Mix everything very well Heat oil in a wok, using a tablespoon take some from the batter and put into oil making rough small balls. Cook till golden brown.

Serve hot with the chutni or tomato ketchup.
