ENERAL
.—Section 102(b) of the NICS Im-

provement Amendments Act of 2007 (18 U.S.C. 922 note)

is amended—

(1) in paragraph (1)(C)—

(A) by striking clauses (ii) and (iii); and
13
(B) by redesignating clauses (iv), (v), and
14
(vi) as clauses (ii), (iii), and (iv), respectively;
15
and
16
(2) by striking paragraph (2) and inserting the
17
following:
