ASPECTOS FUNDAMENTALES DE LA CONTABILIDAD

Un plan de cuentas es una herramienta necesaria para procesar informacin Contable Responde a la aplicacin de normas contables para el tratamiento de los efectos financieros de los hechos y estimaciones econmicas que las entidades pblicas efectan .

 ESTRUCTURA

ELEMENTO

El Plan Contable Gubernamental se encuentra detallado a un nivel de 10 dgitos.

Se identifica con el primer digito y corresponde a los elementos de las cuentas del activo, pasivo, patrimonio, de ingresos ,gastos, de presupuesto y de orden.

ELEMENTOS - CONCEPTOS

ELEMENTO

CONCEPTO

Recursos controlados por la entidad como consecuencia de hechos pasados y de los ACTIVO cuales se espera que fluirn a la entidad beneficios econmicos futuros o un potencial de servicio

ELEMENTO

CONCEPTO

Obligaciones presentes de la entidad, que provienen de hechos pasados y cuya PASIVO liquidacin se prev que representar para la entidad un flujo de salida de recursos que llevan incorporados beneficios econmicos o un potencial de servicio.

ELEMENTO

CONCEPTO

Participacin residual que queda sobre los PATRIMONIO activos de la entidad, despus de deducir todos los pasivos

ELEMENTO

CONCEPTO

Conjunto de transacciones que INGRESOS aumentan el patrimonio neto de una unidad gubernamental

ELEMENTO

CONCEPTO

Conjunto de transacciones que GASTOS reducen el patrimonio neto de una unidad gubernamental.

Todas las partidas de ingreso y gasto reconocidos en un RESULTADOS ejercicio debern incluirse en la determinacin del supervit o dficit de dicho ejercicio.
