Kokum Rasam Recipie: The ingredients required for the preparation are: Dried kokum skin- 1-2 pieces

Water-1 and cups Chilli powder- 1 table spoon Pepper powder- 1 table spoon Salt- table spoon Jaggery- 1 table spoon The ingredients for seasoning are: Oil-1 table spoon Cumin seeds- seeds Musturd seeds- seeds Garlic- 2 cloves Method: Soak the kokum skin in 1 and cups of water for 3-4 hours. Later boil the above mixture till the mixture reduces to 1 cup. Now add the chilli powder, salt and jiggery and boil till jiggery, salt diss olves. At this point add pepper powder, mix well and turn off the flame. In a seasoning dish heat oil. Add cumin seeds and allow it to spurt. Now add Musturd seed and allow to spurt. Now add the garlic clove and fry till golden brown. Add curry leaves and turn the flame off. Now add the seasoning to Rasam prepared. Healthy, tasty Kokum Rasam is ready to relish!! This can be used as a drink or can be used as a side dish with cooked rice
