In this unpublished decision, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) upheld an order of removal against the respondent, who was initially admitted to the United States as a lawful permanent resident in 1960, upon finding that his conviction for third degree robbery under N.Y. Penal Law § 160.05 to be an aggravated felony under INA 101(a)(43)(G). The decision was written by Member John Guendelsberger.
