After having sold about 1,000,000 units of CLLI, CAL-LAB is confident CLLI can make lightning safe for equipment and users. It is not because equipment manufacturers could not adopt CLLI into their products, but due to the fact that CLLI is designed to give-way long before equipment would be damaged by lightning. It would make better sense for CLLI to be used as add-on devices, making them easily removed and replaced, while damaged CLLI could be replace-exchanged at a fraction of the original cost, for life!
