Outwitting The Devil
Who is the
?Why would someone as famous as Napoleon Hill even write about him? This is a book review of an epic book that was written back in the 1930′s but was only justpublished in 2011.
Outwitting The Devil,
The Secret to Freedom and Success by NapoleonHill is a must have for your literary collection for anyone who wants to find out about themselves. If you like the famous book
Think And Grow Rich
also written by Napoleon Hill, then you will like
Outwitting The Devil
as well. Sit back and enjoy the replay as it was penned by Hill himself.
Outwitting The Devil
The book
Outwitting The Devil
starts out with a handwritten note written by the author … “
By the man who broke the devil’s code and forced him to confess.
A fitting beginning for someonewho interviewed the
and made him confess about … where he lives … why he exists …and how he gains control over the minds of people.Napoleon Hill’s journey starts as he interviewed Dale Carnegie back in 1908, who suggested thathe interviewed successful people to find out the cause to their success. After almost 20 years of labor with no pay, and many struggles to find his own purpose. In 1926,Napoleon Hill set out on his mission of helping others by publishing his years of toil, he went intoa partnership with Mr. Don Mellett, a publisher of the Canton Daily News.In July 1926, Mr. Mellett was murdered after discovering corruption within the police force. Thehired person who killed him thought that Hill also had information. With only a warning to get outof town within the hour, Hill fled to West Virginia and was in hiding for more than a year.
Paralyzed by fear, Hill tells of how he overcame and found hope, inspiration, and motivation tocreate success in his own life. Hill stumbled upon the “other self” he heard so much in his manyinterviews by taking the walk of his life around a school building one night. That walk was the
beginning of the rest of his life
and shaped the great author into what we know of today. The “other self” commanded his obedience and dethroned him from his pit of fear, doubt, worry, and limitation. He woke up with a new purpose, determination, faith, and an idea that propelledhim to leave Virginia and go to Philadelphia and find the man Albert Pelton to publish his books.Everything went smoothly as his “other self” said it would and his book and royalty checks sooncame in.In 1929, a year later, Hill lost everything in the depression. In a state of bewilderment, Hill was inhis car in front of the Lincoln Memorial … where it is believed that the interview with the deviloccurred.Whether this interview is real or imagined is up to you to decide, but the questions and answerswere astounding enough that Napoleon Hill’s wife prevented the printing of the findings. ThenNapoleon nephew’s wife also prevented the publishing of this manuscript until after her death. Now in 2011, the time has come for you to find the truth of how the interview went. The ‘Earthbound’ was able to interview ‘Your Majesty’ and outwitted him to tell the truth of how heinhabits the minds of people and causes them to drift, go into hypnotic rhythm, fester seeds of fear, and misuse the element of time.
