South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs Approves ProSchools’ Online MortgageBroker Courses
ProSchools Receives Approval in South Carolina to OfferThree New Mortgage Courses
ProSchools, a national provider of mortgage education, has received approval in South Carolina for three additional continuing education courses.
ProSchools, a leader in mortgage education, has developed new mortgage courses, designed to meetcontinuing education requirements for South Carolina mortgage brokers and loan originators.New courses approved include“Mortgage Lending Ethics: How to Live with Yourself,” “FHA LoansExplained,” and “ABCs of Mortgage Lending.”South Carolina law requires all originators and brokers to complete eight hours of continuing educationannually, prior to license renewal.Mortgage brokers must renew their license by September 30, while Loan originators must renew by March31.
