My students at the university are currently involved in the design and construction of an AM radio transmitter and I am sure they will find this handbook very useful. The area that they will particularly find useful is the design of mw loaded antennas and the safety precautions that they should observe. Also, the regulations guiding amplitude-modulated radio transmissions in the medium-wave band.
