PrestigePLUS is Longmont United Hospital’sSenior Wellness Membership Program opento ages 55 and better,
located at the Longmont Senior Center.
Annual membership dues are$20.00 individual and $30.00 couples. Your 
membership will bring a variety of benets,
including discounts.
You do NOT need to join PrestigePLUS to utilize our services.

Git Certicates
Git certicates are available at the Senior Center. Whata great way to show someone you are thinking o them! Tell your amily about these as a git suggestion. They areavailable in any amount and can be used or your choiceo Senior Services organized classes, trips, or specialevents. Call Saryna at 303-651-8442.
Scholarships
 The Friends o the Longmont Senior Center, Inc., haveset aside unds to assist seniors in participating invarious activities organized by Senior Services. As longas unds are available, an individual may use up to $100a year towards Senior Services activities o his or herchoice beginning January 2013. Cancellations are notreunded back to the scholarship account. Personswith a total annual income (rom all sources) o $20,000or less or a single person and $30,000 or less or acouple can qualiy or scholarships. Call the ront oiceat 303-651-8411 to apply.
Exercise Scholarship Available
 The Friends o the Longmont Senior Center will continuea scholarship opportunity, up to $150 per calendaryear, specically to assist low income older personsin participating in Senior Center exercise/wellnessprograms. Activities included in the scholorship are:Aerobic tness, essentrics, Feldenkrais, line dance, pilates,senior conditioning, strength training, tai chi, yoga andgentle yoga. Adults 55 years o age and better, with anannual income rom all sources o $20,000 or less ora single person and $30,000 or less or a couple, areeligible. Qualied individuals may utilize both scholarshipopportunities in a given year. Please see Ana, 303-651-8411 to apply.
