moved
as
quickly
as
possibleto
where
the
policecar
was
parked
and
took
oover
at
thatlocation.

what
occurred
after
taking
coverbehind
thepolice
carl
PattiBlair
recalled
seeing
$6veralpeople
who
were
injured
and
were
beingattended
to
by
other
students.Patei
Blair
stated'he
was
attempting
to
assist
in
the
first
aid
efforts
by
controlling
bleeding.

Blair
pointedout
some
of
the
male
students
had
removed
theirshirts
for
that
purpose.

Blair
then
explained
after
a
periodof
time
additionalpolice
cars
arrivedin
the
area
after
which
the
most
seriously
injured
were
evacuated.

eventually
all
the$tudants
were
evacuated
to
a
safelocation.
Pursuant
to
questioning

Blairrecalled
seeing
individuals
she
recogni~ed
taking
coverbehind
the
policecar.

identified
those
individuals
as

Steepleton(
Steve
Greenwood,
Crystal
Woodman
and
Makai
Hall.
