Telephone call techniques

Tips
- smile - must have rhythms (not monotonous voice) -high energy - confident -treat prospect as friend -always say prospects name during conversation - objective of phone call is to set an appointment. NOT to explain about unit trust in details. If prospect wants to know more about unit trust, do your best to cut it short.

Are you familiar when I say C.I.M.B Wealth Advisors??


Usually there will be two answers only YES OR NO Yes refers to existing or experience client No refers to fresh client who has yet to invest

YES

-are you one of our investors? -(if NO, ask which co. he invested in) -when was your last investment? -who is your consultant? -what is the performance of the fund? -are you happy with the return? -(if abandoned client, we can proceed with an appointment)

NO

-are you familiar with unit trust? -are you aware that we can withdraw our EPF account 1 to invest in unit trust? -are you aware that EPF has given a return of 5.8% in 2007? (below rate of 7%) -are you aware that ASB has given a return of 7-8% in 2007? (same as inflation rate of 7%
