Radiator and Reserve Tank Relocation Kitfor K-Powered 1992-1995 Civics
 This kit provides the SOLUTION for mounting a factory or factory replacement radiator into K-Powered 1992-1995 Civics while:
-Positioning the radiator and reserve tank in an aesthetically pleasing fashion-Utilizing pre-existing tapped holes in the front bulkhead for ease of installation-Eliminating cutting of the hood if attempting relocation with the factory bracket-Enabling usage of factory upper RSX and lower Integra radiator hoses.Karcepts, Inc. www.karcepts.cominfo@karcepts.com

Karcepts,Inc. will not be held responsible for improper modifications to your chassis. It is your job to make certain the lower radiator support brackets are positioned properly and weldedsecurely.
 
1. REMOVING THE LOWER RADIATOR SUPPORTS
Center punch and drill out the factory spot welds that hold the lower AC andradiator support brackets. A 5/16” drill bit is adequate enough to remove the welds as long as you are on-center when drilling. If not on-center with the spot welds, you may need to increase the drill bit size to 11/32” or 3/8”. If necessary,use the aid of a chisel and hammer to complete the removal of the brackets.
