In my present Job of Regional Project Officer and Capacity Building Officer working since April 9, 2012 (One Year), in CanKidsKidsCan a NGO/society, I am responsible for Planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation of support

programs at various scales in all Delhi Based Cancer Hospitals (including Aiims, RGCI, KSCH etc.) and North Eastern Region (Patna, Jharkhand, etc.). Responsibilities: Identifying, Setting-up & Administration of new units in Northern Region Organizing and coordinating regular Medical committee meetings (attended by
management, Panel Doctors and medical Staff) to support medical cases and deciding on medical policies of the organization Manage and Monitor existing Northern staff and Programs in these units. Consultant and Project In-charge

Worked in ASTRON HOSPITAL & HEALTHCARE CONSULTANCY PVT. LTD. For 8 months July 2011-February 2012, as a consultant in MPTAST Routine immunization Project (1 Year project involving more than 10 consultants & experts) to assess the Govt. Immunization Project and research on Gaps in the Projects for which a detailed report of 10 districts was submitted to the authorities.

As Fresher: Participated in project work in ASTRON HOSPITAL & HEALTHCARE CONSULTANCY PVT. LTD. In mapping of massage parlors in Delhi and estimating HIV knowledge in the parlous. Worked as a Trainee in Rajiv Gandhi Institute and Research Centre and worked on quality control and quality parameters in minor operation theatre, for one month. Worked as a trainee in Dr. B.L. Kapoor Memorial Hospital and worked on switching over of one HIS system to another by training of nurses, doctors and front desk, along with the gap analysis in departments.
