I think your book has a lot of good points, some of them are a bit outdated. Maui depends on tourism so rules and regulations are always being shifted to keep things safe while providing maximum return. It is surprising how quickly things change on the islands. Businesses opening and closing, a bustle of local commerce dominated by the major chains. There are lots of great local companies
