The de-certification of a B.C. offshore school in China.

When I contacted the Education Ministry, spokesman Scott Sutherland confirmed that the B.C. certification of Grand Canadian Academy (GCA) Hongkou in Shanghai will be cancelled at the end of the school year. That means the school will no longer be able to offer the B.C. curriculum to fee-paying students.
