10 Day Bootcamp Pro Night instructions: Pro Teams

Outline:

The Combat Arms Bootcamp will take place on Sunday the 5

of April at 19.00 CEST, and will runfor three hours (until 22.00 CEST). Two professional gaming teams, SK-gaming and forZe ladies.will attend.

Our Goal:

To let as many users as possible play with you in a fun and exciting way.

The theory behind the Combat Arms Pro Night:

The system in Combat Arms is divided into 5 main servers. Each main server has 10 channels, andin each channel about 20 game rooms (or just games) are available.

We need both of the Pro teams to switch game rooms, channels and servers during the event.SK-gaming

starts at server ”Charlie” for the first hour, then goes to ”Alpha” and finally ”Bravo”

forthe final hour.

forZe ladies

starts server ”Alpha”, then move to ”Bravo” and finish at ”Charlie”.

An Example of how the event will work:

At the start of the event, SK-

gaming are in ”Charlie”, where they have one player in five of the ten

differen

t channels. In the channel, they create a game room of their own, called ”Xfire Pro Night –

SK Gaming”. The room should be password protected with ”xfpn”.

The SK guys play for fifteen minutes, and then exit the specific game, and goes to one of the otherchannels, where they repeat the process of creating a new game.

After about an hour, they switch to server ”Alpha”, and repeat the process. After another hour, they

switch servers to Bravo, where they play until the event is over.This process is exactly the same for forZe, apart from the order of the servers, which is Alpha

Important guidelines:

Keep switching!

You need to remember to switch to another channel every 15 minutes during the pro night, in orderto let as many users as possible play with you. After one hour, you need to switch to the next serverin the list.

This is very important!

The Combat Arms team will be making announcements on where you are at the moment, and if youdon't switch on time, you will confuse the users.

Dealing with hackers

Xfire will be running chat rooms, where we will answer questions for the users, to help them figureout any issues they may have, so that they don't need to bother you.We will also have an in-game team that will monitor from inside the game, and assist with kickinghacking users when applicable. Both the GM team and all of the pro players will also be able tokick players that are suspected of cheating/hacking.And, here's how:

- The Elite Moderator that will be supplied for them from the dev team is a functional item that allows the user to kick other users either from the game room or when the match is in progress. Thisalso has to be activated before practical use and you have to be the master of the room. Namely, thePros will have to create the rooms after every match.- If you want to kick a certain user from the game room click the right mouse button while pointing the curser to that user. During the match, when there is a suspect hacker, the Pro can hit the F5 button and choose the suspect that will be kicked. After that user is subject to the comingkick, a vote will take place in the game asking users that the kick was good or bad.- Each player in the game will see messages on their screen that if you agree hit F5 (for yes), if disagree hit F6 (for no). If the vote results show that 50% of the users have chosen that the kick wasbad, then the kick will be postponed for 3 more minutes. After the 3 minutes, the user will be kicked anyway.- Another rule is that the Elite Moderator does not allow kicks that happens within one minuteof game play or when the match is about to end.

Getting equipment

You will get 30,000 NX, which can be used by purchasing gears/characters from the Black Market.Since there are far more to buy in the in-game shop with GP (in-game currency) we recommend tobuy the 30 day use character from the black market, because they give you extra 30,000 GPs. Withthis amount, the Pros will be able to buy any rifle/gear they want for a one-day use to equip their character properly. Otherwise, they can choose some goods in the Black market
