Administration All of Bidet in bathroom takes out except for Java Villa 103 & Java Villa 120 And as changing it will be put console or pedestal wit top marble slab. Total cost saving approximately Rp. 89,710,928.00 Additional console or pedestal wit top marble slab to fit on previous bidet space that has been taken out. Additional cost approximately Rp. 4,200,000.00 Robe Hook in all bathroom is only 2 units except Java Villa 103 & Java Villa 120 4 units. Total cost saving approximately Rp. 10,030,272.00 Vanity Basin in Resort Villa (Connecting Room) takes out 1 unit. Total cost saving approximately Rp. 9,590,150.40 J

Head shower in Resort Standard takes out. Total cost saving approximately Rp. 40,700,856.00 Marmo Marble wall at toilet area in all bathrooms except Resort Villa changes become marble tile 30x30 beige color. Total cost saving approximately Rp. 21,241,718.29 Additional Telephone hand set in toilet & make up table is wall mounted & extension phone GE/Panasonic/Panaphone trademark. Additional cost saving approximately Rp. 3,420,000.00 Landscape (Grass & Plantation) supply by owner (WPW). Contractor only will do until grading level & topsoil. Total cost approximately Rp. 2,000,000.00 Bingkirai timber change to kamper timber will have not significant saving because the kamper price is only 10% cheaper than bingkirai but required to treatment by anti termit, The price would be equal. DORF Manor House & Heritage accessories bathroom shuch as Robe Hook, Toilet paper holder, Towel ring, Double towel rail and Towel rack change to TOTO equal quality product would be saving approximately Rp. 85.000.000,00 is approved by Ibu Jeannine.
