What to Expect
If on-site solar generation looks financially promising for your company, we will deliver a
proposal that outlines your project, including a general budget, construction timeline,
energy output and other specifics about your system.
What to Expect
During the design phase, EI Solutions begins its full-site engineering audit of your facility
to identify and solve any site-specific challenges — before they can turn into full-blown
problems. For instance, is your power company's existing electrical equipment strong
enough to support your new solar power system? Are there any issues with positioning a
crane to lift the panels onto your roof? Will the roof support the load of your system?
Does it need repairs before we install?
By anticipating these and any of the other problems that could arise
during the installation of your system, EI Solutions helps make sure
your project stays on time — and on budget.

What Happens at This Stage?
Much more detailed than the design phase, the engineering stage is where all of the
minute specifications of your solar system get determined. At this point, we will specify
the type of wiring, connector boxes, PV panel supports and other components that will be
used in your final installation, as well as address any anticipated structural problems.
What to Expect
At the end of the engineering phase, EI Solutions will present you with a finished system
design for your approval, including a final installation price. Once approved, we submit
this design to your local building department so that they can issue the necessary
permits.

Our Product Agnostic Approach
EI Solutions' first and last commitment is to our customers. We seek to optimize the
operational and financial performance of your solar installation, and so we use the
modules, inverters, mounting systems and related technologies that best suit the unique
characteristics of your site.
Our agnostic approach assures us excellent relationships with suppliers and vendors, and
has helped us build a firm base of knowledge and relationships in the community of solar
leaders.
What to Expect
We have a deep understanding of the range of financial incentives available to you — such
as tax credits, accelerated depreciation benefits, and utility incentives — as well as
appropriate financing arrangements. We will assist you in preparing all paperwork and
filing for all available solar incentives associated with your system. To meet your financing
needs, we will do all the upfront legwork and research to bring you the best financing
option for your system.

The EI Solutions Difference: Heading Off Costly Potential Problems
At EI Solutions, we have the extensive project management skills and
technical expertise required to make sure your installation goes
absolutely right. Our project management team includes long-time
veterans of both the construction and solar power industries. These
highly trained professionals can spot potential complications before
they result in a project delay, power interruption, loss of productivity, or
other expensive problems for your company.
Following installation and testing, EI Solutions will train you in the maintenance of your PV
system to keep it operating at maximum productivity and efficiency. Our customer service
team ensures the successful administration and execution of all warranty coverage, field
service and technical support.
What to Expect
In the early stages, your comprehensive solution — aesthetic, environment and financial
— is facilitated by the close collaboration of our construction management team and your
facilities and energy management team. After the completion of your PV project,
maintaining your solar system is a relatively easy task. By simply washing your PV panels
periodically, keeping trees and other foliage trimmed back, and performing other minor
routine maintenance annually, you can look forward to receiving years of problem-free
service from your system.
However, for those moments when your PV system may need additional operating and
maintenance services, our customer service team offers a variety of standard and
premium service level agreements that assures every customer an optimal level of
support.
EIS provides a no-cost repair/replace warranty coverage on all its solar installations. We
can also provide:
From project commissioning and onsite training to warranty and service agreement terms,
we serve you to deliver the full potential of your solar electric system.
