Julian, I have the same question... where can I find the piano part to accompany violin? I don't mind paying for it, I just want to find some place that ACTUALLY has it. And Airjp73, I'm not an expert, but I think you are right about it being in 6/4 and not 4/4. Is there another transcription, preferably with both violin and piano?

This transcription is wrong. It's actually in 6/4 not 4/4 and the transcriber tried to write out all the rubato and tempo changes as weird rhythms.
