Is anyone getting a taste of the fluctuation in SERPs right now for specific keywords?

I've been following this along with everyones feedback and it appears that Google "might" be favoring aged domains more right now with or without any high numbers in domain authority. It also seems like what results do show in SERPs for certain keywords are worse then ever. If I'm searching for something in particular I don't want results that are 3+ years old. How is this relevant and where's the freshness? I'm no "expert" but I do see a pattern.

There Is No Such Thing As A Dumb Idea

We should learn: All our thinking and attitude to the own ideas is our own perception of reality. We think that an idea is not good enough because we don't trust our own talent and potential.

The point is that every idea has merit, because whether or not the idea sounds good, or is laid out perfectly, it can be worked and modified and morphed into absolute brilliance.

Is it not often the case that we have a wonderful idea and instead of pursuing it and carrying it out, we reflect and rationalize the idea if it is good enough? And while we think and think, the idea loses suddenly value and at last we discard the idea. When this process is repeated steadily, self-confidence gets lost and one day we are convinced to have only dumb ideas.

We should learn that self-doubt is counterproductive for creativity!

FYI- As part of my company redesign, I am no longer going to be providing free consultations. The good news is that if you want to ask me questions or need help- I still offer free assistance through my community. As an added bonus, community members will have the first opportunity to join any HOA that I host (as active participants).

This community is not intended to be a marketing platform for myself- but rather a place to cultivate success for all of it's members. In that vein, you are allowed to post your blog posts, service offering etc.

Let's succeed together- see you there!

'I was really looking forward to this challenge because I have often gone for nearly full days without looking at myself in a mirror, then caught my reflection and realized I forgot to pencil in my eyebrows/wear earrings/fix my hair from that recent encounter with A High Wind'

My G+ avatar was a RARE day when I did pencil in my eyebrows. You won't see me in a Hangout.
