The Justice Esther Hayut April18, 2013 Decision was served unsigned by the Justice, with no authentication letter by the Clerk of the Court, and bearing a disclaimer “subject to editing and phrasing changes”. Therefore, to ascertain the nature of this dubious record, “True Copy of the Original” certification was requested, either by the Clerk of the Court, or by the Magistrate of the Supreme Court. The Petition in Zernik v Minister of Justice at al addresses the lack of integrity in court records in the State of Israel over the past decade.

courts of the State of Israel over the past decade, including the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court is conducting simulated proceedings – fraud on the Petitioner and on the People of the State of Israel, and that the Justice Esther Hayut April 18,2013 Decision record is void, not voidable.9.Therefore, the Petitioner requests that the Judge Esther Hayut April 18, 2013Decision record be provided to the Petitioner, signed by Justice Esther Hayut, without the disclaimer “subject to editing and phrasing changes”, and certified“True Copy of the Original” under the signature of the Chief Clerk of theSupreme Court, if there is a lawfully appointed Chief Clerk, or by the Magistrateof the Supreme Court.10.Alternatively, the Petitioner requests that the Judge Esther Hayut April 18, 2013Decision record be removed from the records of the Supreme Court, since its publication in the online public access system of the Court in a manner that doesnot permit the public to distinguish between valid and void records is false andmisleading and undermines the foundation of Due Process in the State of Israel.Today, May 12, 2013[signature]Joseph Zernik, PhD, UnrepresentedOccupy Tel Aviv EncampmentPO Box 31440, Jerusalem 91313
