Preface
 NORC at the University of Chicago (NORC), working under subcontract to the George WashingtonUniversity, is pleased to present this report,
Understanding the Impact of Health IT in Underserved Communities and Those with Health Disparities,
funded by the Ofce of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) and the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The NORC project team includes AdilMoiduddin, Prashila Dullabh, Cheryl Austein Casnoff, Jessica Bushar, Ilana Dickman, Ashley Nathanson,Tyne Alexander, Meghan McMahon, Karen Harris Brewer and Elizabeth Babalola. Contract oversightwas provided by Leighton Ku, Ph.D. from the George Washington University. NORC would also like toacknowledge the contributions of our consultant, M.
