Denis Grigoras, for an order on consent: (1) that the Defendant, Lawrence Robert Shreve's, address for service is 235 Canup Road, Locust Grove, Georgia, United States of America, 30248; (2) that another address where S. Denis Grigoras believes a copy of this Order is likely to come to the Defendant, Lawrence Robert Shreve's, attention is 1310 Loch Lomond Trail SW, Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America, 30248; (3) to remove S. Denis Grigoras as the solicitor of record for the Defendant, Lawrence Robert Shreve; (4) that, within 30 days after being served with the order removing S. Denis Grigoras as the solicitor of record for the Defendant, Lawrence Robert Shreve, Lawrence Robert Shreve shall appoint a new lawyer of record by serving a notice under subrule 15.03(2) of the Rules of Civil Procedure or serve a notice of intention to act in person under subrule 15.03(3) of the Rules of Civil Procedure;

(5) that, if the Defendant, Lawrence Robert Shreve, fails to comply with the foregoing paragraph (4), (a) the court may dismiss his proceeding or strike out his defence; and (b), in an appeal, (i) a judge of the appellate court may, on motion, dismiss the client's appeal, or (ii) the court hearing the appeal may deny him the right to be heard.

ON READING the consent of the Plaintiffs, and upon being advised that no party to this Order is under a disability, 1) THIS COURT ORDERS that the Defendant, Lawrence Robert Shreve's, address for service is 235 Canup Road, Locust Grove, Georgia, United States of America, 30248. 2) THIS COURT ORDERS that another address where S. Denis Grigoras believes a copy of this Order is likely to come to the Defendant, Lawrence Robert Shreve's, attention is 1310 Loch Lomond Trail SW, Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America, 30248. 3) THIS COURT ORDERS that S. Denis Grigoras shall be removed as the solicitor of record for the Defendant, Lawrence Robert Shreve. 4) THIS COURT ORDERS that, within 30 days after being served with the Order removing S. Denis Grigoras as the solicitor of record for the Defendant, Lawrence Robert Shreve, Lawrence Robert Shreve shall appoint a new lawyer of record by serving a notice under subrule 15.03(2) of the Rules of Civil Procedure or serve a notice of intention to act in person under subrule 15.03(3) of the Rules of Civil Procedure. 5) THIS COURT ORDERS that, if the Defendant, Lawrence Robert Shreve, fails to comply with the foregoing paragraph (4), (a) the court may dismiss his proceeding or strike out his defence; and (b), in an appeal, (i) a judge of the appellate court may, on motion, dismiss the client's appeal, or (ii) the court hearing the appeal may deny him the right to be heard.
