Use of existing stocks
. Except forproducts bearing those uses identifiedabove in Unit III.3. of this document,EPA intends to permit the use of existing stocks of products listed inTable 1 or 2 until such stocks areexhausted, provided such use is inaccordance with the existing labeling of that product.

II. Did EPA Approve the Application?
The Agency approved the applicationafter considering all required data onrisks associated with the proposed useof Coniothyrium minitans strain CON/M/91
08, and information on social,economic, and environmental benefitsto be derived from use. Specifically, theAgency has considered the nature of thechemical and its pattern of use,application methods and rates, and leveland extent of potential exposure. Basedon these reviews, the Agency was ableto make basic health and safetydeterminations which show thatuse of Coniothyrium minitans strain CON/M/91
08 when used in accordance withwidespread and commonly recognizedpractice, will not generally causeunreasonable adverse effects to theenvironment.
