In response to the video obtained unknowingly at our Cash America shop located at 12920 Midway Road in Dallas several weeks ago, we stand behind our commitment to adhere to all local, state and federal laws relating to the sale of firearms. Cash America proactively partners with local and federal agencies to ensure compliance in all areas of our organization including firearm transactions and maintains strong relationships and open lines of communication with the ATF across the country. In addition to being subject to audits from the ATF, we maintain a stringent internal auditing system and provide comprehensive and in-depth training to ensure our sales team provides outstanding customer service while abiding by all local, state and federal laws. Cash America will conduct an internal review of the allegations made by Channel 11 and take appropriate action as warranted.
