About the Author
Holly Lisle began writing in 1984, and sold herfirst novel in 1991. She went full-time in 1992with a three-book deal from Baen Books, and hasbeen supporting herself and her family exclusivelyby writing fiction since then (though along withthe “man, are we solvent!” months there have beena few canned bean months). She has seventeenbooks in print and has been published both in theUnited States and abroad, in both English versionsand translation. Her most recent novels,
