MOTIVATIONAL, FOCUSING IN PORTRAIT ORIENTATION

If we can all follow this approach, we will be ABLE to improve as football players and football coaches, and THAT will improve us as a football TEAM!

We follow the
“ABLE”
approach to problem solving… Learn it, appreciate it… and
USE
it to help YOU help US get from where we
 ARE
 to where we
NEED TO BE!!

FIRST:
 Make
NO
 excuses!!!
(An “excuse” is an attempt to explain away a problem without owning up to it!)
We need to
fix
 the problem! If you communicate
honestly
what happened (what you saw, what you did, etc.) we can begin the
“FIXING”
process… If you only offer excuses, the problem only remains – and gets worse!
THEN:

ccept that something did happen. elieve that YOU can make it better. earn how to correct it. xecute that correction from then on.
