assimilate
 
the
 
yield
 
capacity

the

the
 
international
 
financial
 
crisis
 
and
 
the
 
reduction
 
in
 
the
 
downstream
 
demands.
 
In
 
the
 
end

2008,
 
because
 
of 
 
the
 
growth
 
storage,
 
many
 
Chinese
 
glyphosate
 
enterprises
 
stopped
 
their
 
projects
 
in
 
process.
 
In
 
order
 
to
 
drive
 
Chinese
 
economy,
 
Chinese
 
government
 
decided
 
to
 
improve
 
the
 
added
 
value
 
tax
 
rate
 
and
 
the
 
export
 
tax
 
rebate
 
rate

70
 
glyphosate
 
enterprises
 
have
 
the
 
registration.

20
 
enterprises
 
obtained
 
the
 
original
 
glyphosate
 
product
 
registration,
 
exceeding

amounts

the
 
previous
 
two

low

level
 
projects
 
are
 
still
 
shutdown,

partial
 
backward
 
enterprises
 
have

knocked
 
out

grasp
 
the
 
opportunities
