Please submit System Availability Calculations for PLC & Instrumentation System and SCADA system offered(Refer Annexure-A, Sl. No. 21 of Chapter-I) MTBF & MMTR figure is not submitted for offered PLC. Please submit MTBF and MTTR figures for the offered PLCs. (refer Annexure A, SI. No. 28 of Chapter-I) Please submit undertaking from the equipment manufacturer for maintenance support for minimum 10 years (Refer Annexure-A, Sl. No. 22). Bidder to submit undertaking for: a. Siemens PLC b. RTUs c. IT Hardware of HP / DELL (under taking for HP server is submitted) d. UPS system

Flow Computer: Please note that Krohne and Termo-Fisher make Flow computer are not as per approved makes of tender specifications and hence not acceptable. For the offered Daniel make flow computer, Floboss S600 plus and Omni make , 6000 series , please confirm that the required networking modules/ DTI module required for interfacing density meter shall be supplied with each flow computer. No. of modules shall be in line with the number of interfaces for density meter.

UPS: Please note that DB Electronics / Hirel are approved makes. Eaton make is not approved make and hence not being considered. a. Please freeze the model of the offered UPS system. b. Please confirm that battery sizing calculations for the offered battery bank should be as per tender specification 4.18.4. c. Please submit the details of the offered PCBs as spare for offered 30 KVA & 10 KVA UPS system.

LED display is offered. Please note that LED display models are keep on changing very frequently, therefore models of same shall be finalized during detail engineering. Please give compliance that display provided shall be approved make and as per tender specifications. Please note that only Samsung / LG / Sony make is acceptable as per tender. Marshelling panel : BOM Item No. 9(vi): Hoffman & Shroff / APW President / Rittal/Equivalent make cabinet are offered. Please note that Hoffman & Shroff / APW President / Rittal make are the approved makes as per tender specification and model shall be finalized during detail engineering. Any other equivalent make offered is not acceptable, please give compliance.
