Having grown up looking at life over the shoulder of a world class artist such as Chapman Kelley I've grown to know that art in it's broadest application is the creation of something or the execution of a plan. Knowing that Mr. Kelley began studying art at a young age he surely has executed a well planned life in art as well as creating a wealth of priceless public art work to be enjoyed for ages to come. Enjoying good art is so liberating to the soul that the despots of the world continue to destroy beautiful art and good artists in order to maintain the prison of ignorance they've created for the unknowing masses.
