INTRODUCTION
SCHEMATIC DESIGN PROPOSAL SITE This proposal is for the plot situated in the outskirts of a city near by an A class road and a natural water front. Development strategy The client has opted for the site to have a multi storey residential apartment to have a total floor area of 16 000 m2. The design After having several proposals from the residencies who like to buy the apartments, it has been decided to orient the all apartments to over look the water front. Therefore the longitudinal orientation of the building comes in N- S direction. This multi storied apartment has the all services needed for the residences & have an ample vehicle parking facilities.
