Ratings: (0)|Views: 382 |Likes:
This document is a sample of the randomized survey sent by the State College Area School District to about 1,000 community members to solicit opinion about acceptable concept and cost prior to conducting a referendum to request approval of Act 1 approved debt for a high school project to either renovate existing buildings or to build a new high school on a new site. Cost varies from $70 million to $152 million. Debt service (includes 30 year bond cost at 3.57 percent) ranges from $108 million to $250 million.
