we all would also like helmets to be redesigned so as to give the wearer better peripheral vision ( turning head to look around while traveling is very distracting) and allow better sound reception.

slide 34, " license of those who are involved in the accidents should be suspended immediately, at least until they prove that they are not guilty." very unfair for the innocents in india. not only they get injured or loose their loved ones but also loose their license maybe forever, considering the fact that the Indian court would give its "not guilty." verdict after 20 years!

At slide 24, it says driving simulators should be banned because "it will develop racing habit in children". İts in fact not true. This idea perfectly fits the person/s who he/she never tried a decent simulator. Since I started to playing driving simulations, I don't need to go speedy on the road, because I satisfied my "speed" taste on the computer. And I can clearly see how the vehicle acts on the road. Quality simulators are good for road safety not the other way around. I am not talking about arcade racing games; they are nothing but a game. Try LFS (http://www.lfs.net) and see yourself what I mean. If you like just driving car or racing, this gem is definitely worth to try. You will never regret.
