Whichkicks off at 07.00 in the morningoff the main beach, PlayaGrande, in Puerto del Carmen.Before setting off around theisland on a mammoth 180km bikeride. Taking in some of Lanzarote´sbest known beauty spots. Thentopping all that off with a full42.2km marathon along theAvenida de las Playas in Puertodel Carmen. Phew!Such is the gruelling natureof this event that a sizeablepercentage of the participantsnever even make it across
