Inspection
The inspection was done on May 15, and 16, 2011. Air and steel temperatures were
between 14 and 15.5 degrees Celsius. Weather was dry and cloudy.
The bridge was divided into individual spans and further subdivided into components of
the individual spans so as to reflect the various microclimates experienced by the bridge
coatings.
