I see that you are insisting that a "strong communist Obama-style dictatorship can easily defeat "right wing extremism." Wow. An original thought? No way! The same old communist crap, now over a century rotted, What about its shelf life? Did you ever think of that
You have to understand that this is not a contest. The document is a study that has to do with right-wing extremism. It doesn't state that left-wing extremism is worse or better, because this is not the point. Also, Romania has a long history with right-wing extremism, as you can find out by reading the document. Left-wing stuff is not popular here, because we endured 50 years of communist dictatorship and apart from a handful of nostalgics nobody longs for the old times. Right-wing is the worse menace in Romania right now.

Socialists--or, if you prefer--communists always shriek about right-wing extremism. Meanwhile, they wish you to ignore left-wing extremism, which at the moment is the most traitorous and treacherous kind. My point is this. Statists are statists, regardless of whatever wing they flap. They are arrogators, dictators, despots, inquisitors, martinets, oppressors, tyrants, and usurpers. Regardless of their lofty view of themselves, they are poisonous. They are Rappaccini's sons and daughters, but without capacity for self-reflection and remorse that Beatrice demonstrated.
