We, therefore, enclose a number of nomination forms. We would require your involvement in this event and would ask for your suggestions of a lady and gentleman as "Seniors of the Year" 2009. Please enter as many seniors as you feel would be deserving of this recognition. Would you then return your completed nomination form/s to: us by May 22, 2009. The Selection Committee will choose the two selected seniors who will be introduced at the opening of Seniors Week on Tuesday, June 2, 2009 - 1:30 at the Langley Seniors Centre. They will be honoured at the Seniors of the Year dinner at the Langley Seniors Recreation & Resource Centre on Thursday, June 4, 2009 - 5:30 p.m. It would also be appreciated if you would hold some of the enclosed nomination forms in the event a member of the public asks for them.
